The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-story building, easy access. Apartment is L-shaped, faces the back, comes with a huge backyard. Each room has windows and gets tons of natural light and view of backyard. The apartment is about 450 sq ft., backyard is about 600 sq ft., which can be directly accessed from the apartment.
Bonus: laundry is one flight of stairs down in the basement, very convenient.
