We’re located between Nostrand and Franklin Avenues, which have dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. It’s also a 20-minute walk to Prospect Park and a 10-minute stroll to Brower Park. Washer/dryer is conveniently available downstairs of our building - a huge bonus! The rent price includes all utilities, including wifi and access to our giant 72" TV. Please note that we are an extremely tidy couple and are looking for tenants who will keep our place clean as if it were their own. Our apartment is non-smoking.
