- Is interested in buying our full furniture setup for $5,000 (negotiable) — includes two standing desks, a giant flat-screen TV, TV stand, queen bed + frame, wardrobes, floor mirrors, rugs, kitchenware, and more. The original value is over $10,000, and it’s essentially everything you see in the photos/videos, except for the artwork on the walls.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a smooth transition, whether for a couple of weeks or to move in long-term without the hassle of furnishing a place.

We’re managing everything remotely and can coordinate video tours, questions, and introductions to the landlord.

Our fully furnished apartment in Crown Heights offers one bedroom (queen bed with ample space) and a versatile office space, perfect for couples, which may also act as a guest bedroom. You’ll also have access to the rooftop to view parts of the city-skyline, which is lovely to enjoy. We’re located between Nostrand and Franklin Avenues, which have dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. It’s also a 20-minute walk to Prospect Park and a 10-minute stroll to Brower Park. Washer/dryer is conveniently available downstairs of our building - a huge bonus! The rent price includes all utilities, including wifi and access to our giant 72" TV. Please note that we are an extremely tidy couple and are looking for tenants who will keep our place clean as if it were their own. Our apartment is non-smoking.

We are a professional couple in our 30s who are passionate about our work and serving our communities. I am a meditation teacher and project manager in government contracting, while my fiancé is a lawyer and business owner engaged in humanitarian work globally. We travel often for business and will be away for several months.
