I'm a management consultant that travels a lot for work, and in some cases for long periods of time, hence I have sublet many times via listings project - in the past in my old place. The sublease will be organized by the property manager - so be prepared to provide:
• A filled out the sublease application form (and potential $30 payment of application fee... I'll find out if this applies to sub-letters)

• 2023 and 2022 tax returns
• Bank statements for last two months.
• Clear, visible copy of photo ID
Would require additional approval from the building management. Note that I do not have a pet so there are no guarantees here
