Beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment available from Dec 29th to Feb 15th. Our apartment is on the 28th floor of luxury building in Greenpoint, sits right in front of the East River with amazing river views and views of the Manhattan skyline (Freedom Tower, Empire State Building, Williamsburg Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge). The apartment has washer dryer in unit and dishwasher as well. Amenities include swimming pool, full spa (sauna, steam room, hamman, cold plunge), gym, bowling alley, basketball court, golf simulators and more. We are looking for someone responsible to sublet. $1,375 per week, but only $5k per month which is already discounted from our monthly rental price. 1 week min rental required but we would prefer to have someone for a full month. We will include for free our cleaner to come once a week if renting for 1 month or more. We are pricing much cheaper than our monthly rent, our goal is to have someone/couple who are clean and responsible.
