I absolutely am in love with this apartment and the building, but am moving to Austin for a job. The layout is perfect, room for queen size bed, couch, desk, bookshelf, dresser. Walk in closet. W/D in unit. Water views and the most magical sunsets/natural light. Gorgeous gym, pool and office (rentable private office suites) available in the building. My rent price is much lower than what the same apartment with no view/lower floor is listed at.
