3 minute walk to the Greenwood entrance, which is an amazing resource for nice daytime strolls. Sandwiched between South Slope and Sunset park, in a very quiet neighborhood - but a 5 minute walk in either direction and you'll find some great restaurants, bars and cafe's. Between the 25th and 36th street station for the D, N and R trains, with express service to Manhattan.

Bathroom: skylight, newly renovated and clean bathroom, functional bath tub for bathing.
