It is a one bedroom apt with a separate living room, kitchen and walk in closet and bathroom. The back opens onto our garden. We have a washer and dryer in the basement. This is used by us and the tenants.

My husband and I own the house. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We have 2 children ages 15 and 13. I am a set designer my husband is a pianist composer. We have lived in our house for 20 years.
