I own and manage the building - there are only 3 units in the house. My wife and I bought it 15 years ago to use as a single family house but ultimately decided to renovate the apartments and rent. We live 2 blocks away.

We and the current tenants will help coordinate showings, along with the building handyman and part-time superintendent (main contact for tenants) who lives down the block.
