The neighborhood of Mt Washington is filled with tranquil hills perfect for sunrise and sunset walks. The Self-Realization Fellowship is just up the hill, and a bit further you’ll find trailheads overlooking the Angeles Mountains.

Just down the hill is Highland Park. So many great neighborhood joints like Cookbook, Highland Park Bowl, Civil Coffee, Homestate, Triple Beam, and Lodge Room can be found on Figueroa. Ramen on York, Joy, Hermosillo, and much more over on York.
From the house it's 5-10 minutes to the 110, 5, and the 2 freeways, so you can connect to anywhere you need to get to. looking for renters who will be kind and respectful to my home.
