This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Toluca Woods. This is my home that I live in with my dog so it's not fully setup as a rental and will have some personal things like clothing etc. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa and a peloton. There is a blow up mattress in the closet if you need more sleeping space. The home has a fenced in back yard and a parking spot in front of the garage and there is always parking on the street. It also has laundry. The neighborhood is friendly, great place to walk the dog or for kids to cycle around.

I am the owner of this house, and I live here full time. I like to keep the house very clean and organized. The house has been newly renovated so it's in really good condition. I have a close relationship with all of my neighbors, they keep an eye on the house when i'm away as well as when I'm home. I will be the one showing you the space as well as I will be the point of contact for the rental.
