The room is the primary bedroom with ensuite 1/2 bath, walk-in closet and separate door to the backyard. The room can come unfurnished or partially furnished with queen bed and nightstand.

Tenant is M ( he/him ) 30, super easy going- works in marketing at a major toy company. Really chill, not a partier, into movies, gaming, anime. not much into cleaning so there's a housekeeper who comes every 2-3 weeks, in the interim it's kept neat but not fastidiously.

If you're not familiar with the neighborhood you can look it up online, it is the hottest neighborhood in Los Angeles and the house is walking distance to everything. Just a few short blocks to York and Ave 50 and about 1 mi to Figueroa. Lots of great areas to walk, walk dogs. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, bodegas, taco trucks and taco stands ( lots of tacos around here ) bus stops and about 1 1/2 mile to Metro rail.n The street is quiet with the occasional mariachi band in the distance.

Looking for someone reasonably calm, no drama, fairly neat preferably male but will meet anyone interested
LGBTQ friendly, pet friendly, 420 ok, smoking allowed outside. Both yards are enclosed although I do not recommend leaving small pets outdoors as we have an aggressive coyote population.
