The lease is month-to-month! Roommate is very sweet and chill - really easy going and you can be friends but also keep to yourself! She does production design/art department stuff and went to AFI.

Comes with a garage spot! Laundry in building. Elevator. Building also has a little gym.

The apartment is a nice, quiet 2b/2ba, in a building with a courtyard. Management is nice and responsive and live on site!

(I am moving out just because a friend of mine is having a family emergency and has had to leave the country - so I’m taking over his room which is a block away. Otherwise this space/roommate/location are so great I wouldn’t be leaving!)

I just moved to LA from NYC in May! Moved into this room in June and it’s been really great. I don’t have a car here yet and the location is very accessible by public transit and Los Feliz is pretty walkable too!

Isha (roommate who is staying) is really sweet and does production design for film. She’s on set or out of town sometimes and when she’s here she’s very respectful and chill!
