A healing and nourishing place. Rental/s include (shared) access to a beautiful light filled 560 sq ft. yoga studio. The three can be rented together or singly- depending on who responds and when. Includes private (tranquil) river access on property, pond and iconic views of the "Gunks"! 10 minutes from New Paltz (in Gardiner) and only 1-1/2 hours from NYC! All spaces are lush with beauty, plenty of nooks to dream and create, and flooded with light. Walk along a stream that weaves through the 26 acre property bordered by the picturesque Shawangunkill River, enjoy open land and big skies where you will find balance, inspiration, and dream well. Amazing panoramic views, big starry filled nights; a fertile and magical place. Main house sleeping configuration boasts 4 bedrooms with queen beds (one has an extra twin), plus one more bedroom with a twin (and trundle/stowaway bed) and a queen bed, plus a sunroom with a king mattress. 3 bathrooms- hardwood floors, wood stove, 6 burner DCS cook stove, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, large dining room, living room, deck (partly covered).
Relish views of a gorgeous horse farm and cliffs across the road.

Cottage info: Both have Hand-hewn beams, beautiful sunlight, clawfoot tub w/ showers, Cottage A has one large bedroom, wood floors, Cottage B has wood-stove, 1 bedroom with a queen plus one with a twin, polished concrete floors. Both are spacious and have lots of beautiful details.

Cottages are $3000 and $3200 including all utilities/fuel/internet/plowing for long term or until July. If only renting a month or so in summer, cost is more. Farmhouse is more- but let's discuss length of stay, how many people, etc.

I am and have been an entrepeneur, once a restaurant owner, then (for 13 years) a shop owner of Fair Trade, handmade items from around the world. Next stop, I co-founded a craft collective that I co-ran for 4 years, and produced, created and directed site specific theater productions. Now I write and offer Breathwork sessions, retreats and events, and I LOVE this valley...but while you rent our home, we will be travelling and exploring the world.
