Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for the month of February (end date flexible).

About the space: the room is big and super comfortable. You’d be sharing the space with my roommate and good friend, Peter - who’s a sweetheart. The apartment is railroad style, and you will have your own bathroom.

The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by stairs); entire building is only three stories, two units per floor.

Great location, < a 5 minute walk from Maria Hernandez and close to both the M and the L.

Note: my cat will be in the apartment - so keep in mind in case you have allergies!

About me — she/they I work in production, have lived the last few years in this apartment, and have a cat! My roommate will be watching her while I’m gone, but she would definitely appreciate some cuddles!

My roommate does not work from home, so you will have the place to yourself often. He's very friendly, and a great/ fun person to live with.
