Hello! We are renting a room in Bushwick, available February 1. We are two mid 30’s creatives who work nine to six jobs. When at home, we are quiet and respectful. This is our home.

We have a cat here, so renter must be pet friendly. Ideally, we’re looking for someone around the same age, clean and chill af.

The room can fit a full bed, side table and dresser easily. It features a double door closet, and is the most insulated/warm in the winter.

The apartment features exposed brick, huge kitchen and living room with hardwood floors throughout, Hotel AC unit in living room and central heat, on the second floor with no street noise.

Located close to coffee shops, tons of bars and restaurants, 24 hour grocery on the corner, laundromat across the street. Maria Hernandez Park is one block away.

The room is unfurnished, and available starting February 1.
