We are on the water in Seaport, a delightful cobblestone village between Wall Street and Tribeca. The gigantic, stunning, 4-bedroom designer space, feels like a calm oasis downtown. The exposed brick lines the entire loft from our office/study area to our open bar and kitchen.

We are 3 working professionals- A filmmaker, a fashion consultant , and a photographer.
We are looking for a young and vibrant roommate in the creative world, who ideally loves cinema, music, fashion, and cooking. We are searching for, someone who is a working professional between the ages of 25-45. We would prioritize someone interested in a long-term stay, does not work from home, and loves to travel.
We are extremely tidy and respectful of each other's individual space, but we love to spend time together by watching films and cooking together. In choosing new roommates we place strong emphasis on finding someone who won't simply stay here, but with whom we all live together.
One room is currently available. The first bedroom comes with a twin bed, substantial closet space, a TV, and desk and lots of light .

The loft is a 5-minute walk to Fulton Street subway connecting every express subway line in the city, a 2-minute walk to Pier 11, and a 3-minute ferry ride to Dumbo.
Seaport is full of exciting bars and restaurants and its exceptionally alive during the warmer months. The loft resides right across the street from the Pier 17 concert venue.
