Welcome to our Home ♡ my husband and I live in prime west village, amongst the cities best restaurants (right next to L'Artusi), cobble stone streets, with prime shopping (apartment is on W10th and Bleecker Street), cafes, cocktail bars and more. Our unit is flooded with light from South facing 12 pane windows, has a view of One World Trade and has original hardwood flooring. We have lived in our home for 3 years and are looking to sublet it out while we travel. We are in a fifth floor walkup, which makes the unit especially quiet. We have no street noise in our unit, a four person dining table, large sectional and queen sized bedroom. This space is perfect for a girl's weekend, couple traveling, family in town, or small family. There is also a separate office off of the kitchen.
