Hi! I'm currently seeking a long-term subletter for my roommate, who just wrapped a Broadway contract and is headed back to Europe.

I'm in a three bedroom, two bathroom spot that was pretty nicely renovated a few years ago. It's very centrally located (Rolos and Topos are less than 5 min away), and has great train access (M is up the block 5 minutes; L is a 10 min walk). We're up one flight of stairs on the second floor.

Full disclosure, the empty room is on the smaller side, but the upside is that directly outside is our washer dryer and bathroom, which you only share with one person (moi). None of the bedrooms share a wall.

Seeking a Feb 1 move in through roughly the end of the lease term (Nov 1), but the timeline is flexible here -- if you just need a few months, that could be cool too.

My roommate works in hospitality and in the performing arts. I'm a producer and also work for an arts education non-profit. I've been in this place for about a year and a half, and have lived in Ridgewood for ten years.

I work from home several days a week, so I'm here often; my roommate is not here all that much.

I'm in my early 30s, he's in his late 20s.

We're pretty good about keeping common spaces clean, and being communicative about keeping each other accountable re: cleanliness without being annoying.
