Welcome to “Casita,” the name Carla and I lovingly give our cozy retreat. It’s a place to heal, recharge, relax, or simply unwind—a warm, vibrant, and creative space. We’re both artists, so we’ve curated and decorated every corner with handmade, ethically sourced furniture from around the world. One of the highlights is our private patio deck—nearly as large as the apartment itself—offering a little getaway in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The Space
We have a two-bedroom apartment, and you’ll be staying in your own bedroom while sharing the rest of the space with my girlfriend and me. Your room includes a comfy floor bed with a thick, plush mattress, a work desk, plenty of natural light, and a view of the Williamsburg Bridge.
The living area is open-concept, featuring a dining table, kitchen, and a cozy TV corner arranged on a beautiful, handmade Moroccan rug. We have Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon so you can kick back and relax.
Finally, there’s our favorite part: the private outdoor patio, accessible only from the living room. Styled with inspiration from Tulum and Marrakech, this tranquil oasis is a rare find in the city—an idyllic spot for a peaceful escape.
We’ve lived in New York for a long time, and we can honestly say this home is truly special. We hope you’ll love it as much as we do!
My girlfriend Carla and I have lived in this space for quite a while now.
I’m a commercial director originally from Germany, with a passion for photography, music, and travel. I work from home most of the time, whether on my own projects or as a freelance filmmaker.
Carla recently graduated from Parsons with a degree in graphic design, and she also works as a model. She’s originally from Argentina.

Now that you know a bit about us, we’d love to hear your story! Feel free to share a little about yourself—maybe include your socials so we can get a sense of who you are.
We’re looking for someone to stay 2–3 months, starting January 15 or February 1 (we’re flexible). If we’re a great match, a minimum stay of one month might also work.
We’re happy to show you the space either virtually or in person.
We do require one month’s deposit, which will be returned to you on move-out day.
A few important details:
-We’re slowly transitioning back to eating meat after being vegetarian, so please limit heavy meat cooking if possible.
We work from home quite often, so just be aware we’ll be around.
-We prefer someone with an office job, though it’s not a dealbreaker if you don’t.
-Overall, just be chill and respectful. No heavy drinking, please, and no overnight guests.
-If this sounds good to you, feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing!
