Im subletting my place from Jan 24 to March 10th 2024 only for cat lovers. My cat Funes will be staying in the apt. You will be sharing the apt with roomate.

This is a short term sublet, only from Jan 24th to March 10th. It is a lovely 850 sq feet two bedroom loft, with exposed brick walls, tall ceilings and original wooden beams, that used to be a feather factory. It has one bathroom and it's in a very peaceful block, one block away from the Domino Park and the East River. The unit is on the first floor and there are three doors to access the building. The building has an outdoor patio you can also use. There is available street parking, a laundry in the building and a laundromat a block away.

The 2 bedroom loft is completely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, linens, a comfortable living/dining room area, a bathroom and two big sized rooms. I’m subletting my bedroom, which has a big window and lots of light. All linens and towels are provided so you just need to bring your clothes. My roommate, who is very quiet, clean and organized occupies the front room.

The apartment is in South 4th Street between Kent and Whyte Ave. Walking distance to the L to Bedford, J, M, to Marcy, three blocks away from the East River ferry (South Williamsburg Landing) and there is a Citi bike station just in front of the building.

Great nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studios. supermarkets and coffee shops in the area. This is the real deal in Williamsburg just one subway stop away from the city (East Village and Lower East side). Next to newly built Domino Park. Rent is USD2,840 plus utilities from Jan 24th to March 10th. Please only reply if you are a cat lover and you need the apt the entire time.
