The ideal sublet candidate can sublet for the full time (or as much time as possible), has no pets/animals, is chill (no parties), is kind/considerate, and is clean. If you rent for fewer days, the rate per day will increase.

About This Lister

I've been in this apartment for 2 years. It's an incredible, comfortable, HUGE, and lovely space with a ton of light, and it's centrally located. I'd love to find someone to enjoy and take care of my apartment while I'm away.

This sublet is for my private primary suite with bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Common areas include all downstairs spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom - common bathroom are in the video below). My roommate lives downstairs so there's so much privacy when you're upstairs in the bedroom and bathroom.

I (she/her) am from Maryland and a Marketing Manager for a software company. I am the leaseholder and I'll be out of town. You'll be sharing the space with my roommate, Peter (he/him), who’s 30 and from Northern California. He's CEO of a non-profit in Greenpoint and very chill and down-to-earth. He loves film, traveling, and rock climbing. His girlfriend comes over to watch a movie and spend the night ~1-2x/week. I'm a woman in my late 30s and have felt very comfortable living with him and hang out with him often.
