Hello! This space is a beautiful big 2 bedroom/2nd floor apartment; it takes up the whole floor; its light-filled, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Rooms are on opposite side of the space, with a sizable living room in between us. The bathroom has a tub, and the kitchen is a good size with plenty of cabinet space. Shared utilities: Con Ed, internet and gas; The rest is included in the rent. There is space, should you have furnishings, they are welcome.

The room available is large, with windows & a small ante-room/office (it has an AC for warmer months). Its still big enough for a double bed should you chose to have it set up that way. There are photos that show this set up.

The area is really lovely because its close to everything but also peaceful (both in and out of the apartment), There are a lot of artists in the area, as well as cute shops, supermarkets, restaurants/bars, live music, comedy, & organic stores; we are about 2 blocks from Bushwick. Right outside there is a courtyard with tables and chairs that faces the street. The L & M are close (@ Halsey, Myrtle Wyckoff; Forest Avenue.) Buses are frequent in each direction as well. Both airports (JFK & La Guardia) are less than a 20 minutes car ride away.

I’m on the neater side of things, but not super uptight. I’m LGBT/soberfriendly, for sure, and definitely altogether looking for the same. I’m not into drama; this is a positive, creative space. There is only one other apt im bldg and they r lovely as well!

I’m an animal lover, so an additional friendly pet possible. (No dogs, unfortunately but friendly dog visitors very welcome).
