Current tenant
I've already secured the whole lease with my income and credit, so you'd just have to prove some financial stability + decent credit, and have an interview with the landlord. First month's rent and security deposit as per usual.
Landlord is pretty adamant about not subletting long-term, but there are some rights around that for stabilized flats, and I'd love to live with someone I could work with if either of us needed to be out of town for a bit now and again.
"Pet encouraged" with landlord's approval – under 55lbs, "aggressive" breeds disallowed, all that nonsense.
I'm a dog person over a cat person, but I've lived with both and am open to either. Ideally ,I would like to meet them before they move in!
