OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR MAY 2025 SESSION - Queering La Lengua is a multi-session workshop and group discussion on the non-normative uses of gender in the Spanish language, as well as the why, when, and how breaking the rules of gender in language is a political and natural fact of culture that can help us move together towards diversity and solidarity.

Two 90-minute group sessions + office hours included in tuition. Payment plans are available.

Background and Expertise

VLC is run by Ángel, a community language educator. They’re a native speaker, language instructor, bilingual writer, and artist from México. Their students say Ángel is extremely patient and nonjudgmental, and their teaching style is NOT what you find in a traditional classroom.
