I've been here for 9 years and my unit is fully furnished at $1750 with utilities & wifi included. **The bathroom is in the hallway right next to the entrance to my unit, its shared with one other person in a different unit.**

It gets great light, nice queen bed, great plants, nice cooking stuff, a gas stove, really high tin ceilings, and it's parlor level (no elevator/not chair accessible). I'm a 5-7 min walk to Grand Army Plaza/Prospect Park, Park Slope Food Coop.

My building is a super quiet no pet bldg & the unit is an SRO, so I’m only allowed to have one person in it (as per my lease). I can send more photos, video tours with the bathroom layout, if you’re interested.
