I’m subletting my furnished jr 1br in a parlor level brownstone until the end of Feb. (May be possible to extend by 1-2 more months). Move in as early as Dec 13 & we can prorate. My unit is on a very quiet street in north park slope in a quiet building with high ceilings, big windows with good light, and lots of plants. The bathroom is shared with one other person in a different unit, and it’s in the hallway right next to my unit.

It’s furnished with a queen sized bed, nice kitchenware, gorgeous plants. Wifi & all utilities are included. Super close walk to the coop, Grand Army plaza, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Library, and Barclays Center. No laundry is in the building, but lots nearby.
