Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to develop brand voice, visual style and ensure consistency across all of our social media platforms (X, Instagram, Youtube, Substack, Spotify, and Soundcloud)
* Manage content planning, posting cadence, and content pipelines across all of our social media platforms
* Create high-quality, engaging content for X and Instagram
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies (including paid advertising) to increase brand awareness
* Monitor and respond to DM’s on our social media platforms for development leads or customer service enquiries
* Execute email marketing campaigns
* Establish analytics infrastructure for tracking engagement and growth
* Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies
Skills:
* Organization, project management, and communication
* Basic graphic design and video editing skills
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, social listening tools - or willingness to learn
* Experience with Mailchimp is a plus
* Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
