Greenpoint shared sublet for $55 a night - females only sorry! (1BD arrangement listed below). Ground floor apartment that is fully furnished with a backyard. There is a dishwasher, full stove & oven, microwave, portable ACs and hardwood floors. This is a 2BD apartment in a railroad style and the room for rent is at the front of the apartment with its own doorway entrance into the room from the hallway.

The bathroom and kitchen will be shared, I will be at the other end of the apartment and have my own doorway as well. The middle sitting room (pictured) would be entirely yours. I work in an office and I will generally be out M - F between 9am- 6.30 / 7pm each day so you will have the apartment to yourself during the day and you would have access to the backyard.

*** Please note*** the bedroom is at the front of the apartment so you will hear people coming and going.

If I do not rent the apartment as a 2BD for the whole month, I am potentially open to renting it out as a 1BD between Jan 15 - 31st, in which case it would be $120 / night, both genders are welcome and security deposit / sublease agreement would be the same. I have included the second lot of photos of how it looks as a 1BD (I convert it in less than an hour!) - the bedroom and backyard are the same but you would then have a living room and a middle dining area.

Located on Norman Ave & Newel, this is prime Greenpoint. It is a few blocks away from the Dobbin St vintage co-op, restaurants like Five Leaves, Nura, Rule of Thirds and Peter Pan Donuts. Manhattan Ave with a bunch of amazing bars and restaurants and towards the other direction, a 7 minute walk to McGolrick park.

3 blocks from the Nassau Ave G - this location cannot be beat! This is also a space with very peaceful energy as I do a lot of spiritual work in here. Please note there is no laundry in the building but there is a self-serve washer / dryer a few blocks away on Norman Ave.

Renters must be clean, respectful, responsible and communicative. I am happy to show the place in person or send videos / photos etc.
