Columbia alum, who spent 20 years living in and loving the city! Recently relocated to the suburbs with my husband and two young daughters. Purchased the home in 2017, where we lived with our first child. Have really enjoyed interacting with tenants since we moved to the burbs in 2021.

We are responsive, reasonable, and kind people. We've had great interactions with tenants in the past - one even purchased a home in the building subsequently. It's a great apartment, great neighborhood, with great neighbors on the floor. Really quiet apartment with great privacy.
