I've lived in this apartment for a couple years now and absolutely love it. Hoping to find someone who gets an equal amount of enjoyment out of it as well. The proximity to the park and public transportation, and the huge, beautiful kitchen combined make this the best apartment I've lived in in NY by far.

There is some flexibility about my dates as well--if you need the space longer or for different dates altogether, even--but priority will be given to someone who is looking to fill the dates as closely as possible.

I am going to copy a slightly edited version of what the realtor wrote about this apartment when I move in, since they're better at that sort of thing:

This is a pre-war floor-through loft on the fourth floor of a walk up building. Airy and bright, this top-floor loft features central Heat/AC, THREE window exposures, a skylight, super high ceilings, newly refinished floors, and no one living above you.

A smart layout has a decked-out chef's kitchen in the middle, with sparkling new countertops, and top of the line appliances (including dishwasher!) The in-unit laundry is also tucked away behind matching cabinetry.

The living room features oversized windows, exposed brick, soaring ceilings, a projector, and modern furniture. Plus, there’s a large dining area AND a workspace. Wooden moldings and built-in shelves add to the warmth.

A spacious bedroom with large closet is tucked away at the back of the building, just beyond a re-grouted bathroom with a new vanity.

The apartment is just one block from Park Slope’s 5th Avenue, and just a bit further for Barclay’s Center and Atlantic Avenue Terminal, where you can find just about every train that runs through Brooklyn. The convenience of nearby shopping, dining, and services is key, but when you come home, this is your own private retreat to enjoy.

I love cooking and have the kitchen to show for it--with a crazy organized spice cabinet and every single appliance and gadget you could possibly need--except an air fryer (sorry!).

This is a condo unit and my neighbors are all very friendly, quiet and down to earth. Everyone knows each other, so it would be nice if you were to just explain that you were staying in my apartment while I was out of town in the unlikely scenario they ask you who you are.
