This apartment is currently available for sublet between December 9th and January 9th. But those dates might be flexible so do inquire if you're interested in different dates. We will prioritize longer stays. Our pricing is firm and dependent on length of stay:

<14 nights = $170/night (plus one-time $120 cleaning fee)
14-29 nights = $155/night (no cleaning fee)
30+nights = $140/night (no cleaning fee)

In addition to the dates listed above, our home will also be available to sublet later in January and beyond, again with flexible dates. Feel free to reach out and inquire.

Rare find in NYC - 1200 sq ft (two floors) of sunlit, colorful, and plant-filled modern comfort with a terrace. The apt reflects our multi-cultural and musical backgrounds. There are rugs and decorations (from Hatim's native Morocco) intermingled with art and tapestries from our travels. The upstairs is a yoga and meditation sanctuary. This is a fourth floor walk-up with no elevator.

Throughout the apartment, you'll enjoy:

First Floor
----------------
The first floor features high ceilings and large windows. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a desk area for working. The sound system includes a vinyl record player and our curated record collection with music from around the world.

The kitchen has a french press, food processor, blender, all utensils necessary to cook your own meals, and a dishwasher.

The primary bedroom is sunny and comfortable with a king bed and a separate sound system that supports Airplay or direct plug-in.

There is a washer/dryer adjacent to the bathroom.

Upstairs
----------------
The upstairs space is a large open room we normally use as music studio, computer office, and meditation space. We have yoga mats and cushions, along with two modular floor chairs for lounging, meditating, or watching AppleTV.

The outdoor plant-filled terrace offers comfortable seating and mood lighting for lounging day or night.

As we are both musicians, there are many instruments upstairs (see photos), including a baby grand piano, which all add to the chill ambiance, however we ask that you NOT play or touch any of the instruments or equipment upstairs.

Guest access:
There are no off-limits spaces, but we ask that you please NOT touch or use any of the instruments or musical equipment upstairs. The baby grand piano is on loan from a friend.

Other than that - make yourselves comfortable!

Apartment will be professionally cleaned for you upon arrival. For stays shorter than 2 weeks, the $120 cleaning fee will be added to your rental costs. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we will waive the cleaning fee.
