I am an artist ( She).
I work with paint ( acrylics , oil, watercolors) and I also make tri dimensional paintings.

I am subletting because I will have surgery in early February and I will not be able to use the space.
I will clear the space from most of my works and materials.
Two large tables and many folding tables will be available.
