I am the fortunate tenant in the iconic Old American Can Factory and would like to share my 650 square foot studio with another artist.
The studio has a wall of windows..and enough space for two artists to have access to the light.
The Can Factory is extremely well cared for
and presents opportunities through events to get to know a huge variety of talented others.

About This Lister
I am an artist and therapist.
I usually work at the studio in the afternoons after 2PM and am there part of
most weekends.
I use non toxic materials.

Rental requirements
All interested parties will have to submit
financial details to the Can Factory's director.
One month security required..and an agreement to give two months notice before terminating the sublet agreement
