The tenants are all artists, craftspersons, and a large non-profit at the top floor. Freight elevator access. No ramp for wheel chair access. Studio is quiet. Two bathrooms are shared on the floor beyond the larger studio space. No wifi available. Plenty of electrical outlets and light available.

About This Lister

I am one of the two other artists who have a space within the larger 1200 square foot room. We both are professionals in the art field and are usually there at night and on the weekends. I am an interdisciplinary artist, predominantly from the visual arts field. Both of us in our individual spaces use a wide range of materials, predominantly non-toxic. We are generally clean, low or no dust in our production within our areas of the greater room.
