I am looking to find a trustworthy sublet for my beloved apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn. I am prioritizing a respectable guest for the majority of the duration vs doing smaller stays, but am open to splitting the sublet up if it is more feasible for me.

This area is perfect if you are looking for the balance of being on a beautiful, quiet residential block, but also want to be in a convenient location to get around Brooklyn + easily access Manhattan; the Nassau G train is a short walk away.
