I’m subleasing the second bedroom in my 2bd/1bath apartment on 110 and Lenox that overlooks Central Park. The apartment is two minutes from 2/3 trains, eight minutes from the B/C trains, and ten minutes from the 6 train. The apartment was fully renovated a year ago. There’s a dishwasher in the unit and laundry in the basement of the building. Another female in her mid-thirties will be living in the other bedroom during this time.
