Looking for one tenant to join into a year long lease. This would entail interview with the landlord and credit check. Shared monthly electric and internet bill. Water is included.

The space is well furnished and kept very clean. Expect to live with someone who is a creative type, cooks, gardens and has off sundays and mondays.

Hi- creative type who works long hours tues-sat and likes a quiet day at home on Sundays. Travels about a weekend a month as well. Likes to cook, watches minimal TV ( some shows, nature docs, soccer games). Ex art student who still teaches and dabbles in photography.
