The apartment, in part because of the 20ft ceilings, is much larger than it looks in photos, and is very ideally located on the top floor (of a walk up!) on an otherwise very lively street. Shared amenities include a dishwasher, in-suite washing machine, AC, wifi, and a Roku TV connected to a projector in the living room. We keep our home very clean to discourage pests and have been really successful so far (so if cleanliness is not your vibe, might not be the place for you).

The building is located at the intersection of 148th and Broadway. Room is located in a 4-bedroom apartment and shares a bathroom with just one other occupant. Will come furnished with a queen-size bed, and portable AC unit. We have a desk, chair and small book shelf too if you'd like.

Extremely close to the train! We're at the 145th Street station on the 1/A/C/F/D. 5th-floor walk-up on a great block with lots of food options and fantastic nightlife.

This is a $1,650/month, now reduced to 1570. We are hoping for long-term into the new year, however, our lease will renew in August, so that is how long we can sublease for. You will have two roommates, who will share their own bathroom.
