Room available in 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a quiet Rockaway Beach home.

The apartment is "shared" with me, but I will be in Florida for 95% of the winter months. The apartment is basically ALL YOURS apart from a couple days per month until I come back in the summer.

I'd prefer a ~4 month stay, but can be flexible for longer if needed.

The Rockaway YMCA: A new and spacious YMCA which includes multiple Basketball Courts, Pickleball, Swimming Pool, Steam Room & Sauna, Fully-Equipped Gym, and group class offerings. (4 blocks, 5 minute walk)

Rockaway Beach: 10 minute walk / 2 minute bike to 69th or 73rd St Beach, great for surfers.

Food: 3 blocks from a massive Stop & Shop grocery store (suburban style with actual shopping carts lol)

1 block from Goody's - an AMAZING Caribbean spot.

Subway: 5 minute walk to the 67th St Beach A train stop, which is a 50 minute ride to Wall Street and a 45 minute ride to Downtown Brooklyn
Ferry: Ferry stop on 108th St goes to Wall Street in ~1 Hour
Bus:
Q22 (up and down Rockaway Beach)
Q53 (to Woodhaven Blvd)
QM17: Express bus to Midtown Manhattan (~50 minutes)

I've been surfing at Rockaway Beach for ~4 years and came to absolutely LOVE the area. I was spending more time on the A train commuting to the beach than I was in my apartment so I decided to buy a place at the beach!
