The room is part of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on Menahan Street.

This room is the biggest one in the apartment. Fortunately close to one of the two bathrooms, which the other tenants rarely use. The other two rooms are at the opposite end of the apartment, so you will also have extra privacy.

The room also has:
- Air conditioned.
- Queen size bed.
- Big closet.
- Three big windows, so you will have plenty of natural light.
- Desk + Chair.
- Shelves.

The apartment has:
- Dishwasher.
- Oven.
- Air conditioning.
- Internet.
- Washer and dryer in the basement.
- A living room with coach, skylight and large dining table.
- Smoke alarms.
- Access to a large rooftop where you can have yout coffee in the mornings.

It is a third floor, the last one in the building, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.

The neighborhood is also very nice:
- There is a school in the same block.
- Many restaurants within two minutes walking distance.
- L line is 7 minutes walk and M line is 5 minutes walk.
- Food Bazar is 6 minutes walk.
- At night the street is quiet and nice, but if you want to have a drink the club area is 12 minutes walking distance.

To be a respectful, queer friendly and quiet person is a must. Although we are animal lovers in the apartment, unfortunately pets of any kind are not allowed. Ideally we are looking for a person between 25 and 45 years old, but we are open to consider other options.
