This 13ft x 10ft flex room is bright and sunny on a higher floor. Plenty of space!! I've been able to fit my standing desk, an Ikea dresser, queen bed, Ikea bookcase and tons of storage in this room. [Apartment will be unfurnished, but I'm happy to negotiate on the bookcase and dresser if someone wants it]

My roommate is female, in her 30s. Very easygoing, respectful, and keeps the apartment clean She works from home and we've called this apartment home for 4 years.
The ideal replacement roommate would be chill, respectful, and keeps shared spaces clean. You should be fine with alternating cleaning shared spaces every other week. Totally fine to bring guest over, just give the current roommate a heads up. No pets. Female only.
I've lived here for for years and absolutely loved it.
