I'm looking for two new roommates to join the lease for a sun-filled 3 bedroom Prospect Heights apartment. Just steps away from the restaurants and bars lining Flatbush avenue and well-connected via subway, while also being on a tree-lined street with residential brownstones and community gardens. And a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park! The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a friendly building with responsive management. There's a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/dryer in the building (just one floor up), and access to a beautiful rooftop that has picnic tables for summer dinner parties.

The two open bedrooms have space for a full-sized bed (maybe queen, but it'd be more crowded), a desk, dresser, and closet. My current 2 roommates and I have loved this space for the last year we've been here, but both of them are moving out (one to move in with a partner and one is leaving NYC). Looking for two new people who are clean and respectful of common areas, as well as down to make this a friendly and welcoming space.

I'm a 26 year old woman (she/her) who works in design research for public services. I work in the office 2 days a week (Tues/Weds). I like to have friendly relationships with my roommates but also value my alone time and coming home to a calm space, so looking for roommates who also appreciate that balance! I have a plot at the community garden down the street so you can expect some fresh vegetables and herbs in the summer, and I enjoy having friends over for dinner every now and then (being on the roof in the summer is lovely).
