While I am moving out, a little about me is that I am an Art Director working in advertising and Bay Area native who's recently moved to NYC. My roommates are Tirzah and Fran. Tirzah is a new EMT/medical field professional, but we met many moons ago on set when she was a model/actress. Fran works in the restaurant industry but is simultaneously in school to become a maternity masseuse. Both are 28 years old, no pets, and don’t smoke cigarettes.
My roommates are very friendly, love to cook Italian food, enjoy the arts, and are fine with either a student or professional, so long as you’re qualified to cover rent, ideally without a guarantor.
