The room is available starting February 1st – 15th for a minimum of 4 months, with the option to extend. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of a 3-story building, offering plenty of privacy and space.

While I’m friendly and open, I value my privacy and maintain a busy lifestyle—balancing work between my studio and home.
This is a peaceful, no-party apartment, though I do have friends over occasionally. Outside shoes are to be removed at the door, and I ask that you maintain a daily upkeep in the common areas.

Rental Requirements:
I’m looking for a mature, responsible adult who is neat and considerate. You should be respectful of shared spaces and willing to maintain cleanliness in the common areas. This includes:
Shoes off at the door
Daily upkeep of common areas – Please clean up after yourself (e.g., no plates left in the sink, wipe down the bathroom sink, remove hair from the tub after use). I understand people get busy, but please note that I am not a cleaning service.
No pets
No smoking or pot
No loud parties – This is a peaceful environment, and I’m looking for someone who values that as well.
We both clean and mop the apartment bi-weekly. You’re welcome to hire a cleaning service if you'd like.
Terms:
Move-in: February 1st – 15th
Lease duration: 4-month minimum, with the option to extend if we both get along
Sublease: You will be filling out a sublease agreement with me, as I am on the lease
Upfront payments: 1st month's rent + 1-month security deposit are required upfront to secure the booking
Documentation: I will need a copy of your ID and a recent bank statement
