Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy access to your own room and private bath. The room is equipped with a queen bed, closet, and desk space with tv, climate control, and remote controlled blinds. Use of in-room mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are also included.
This room is the street-side bedroom on the parlor level (one staircase above ground floor) of the 3-bedroom, 3 bath apartment where we live. We keep regular hours and are quiet, besides the occasional toddler outburst.
You will have your own private room and bathroom with independent access via coded key pads. You will be given a code to enter the building and your room and will share a common entry area with your host.

I'm a social equity consultant in my early 40's. I use she and they pronouns. I live with my spouse, toddler, and pets. I usually work from home. We love the outdoors, gardening, and singing karaoke.

Rental requirements
Guests are invited to stay 2-7 nights.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of $150 is due upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after checkout, assuming the condition of the room is the same as at check in. If damages exceed the total deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the balance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, full refunds will be given for cancellations with at least 7 days notice before check-in date.
We can offer an 80% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days prior to check-in.
If your plans change with less than 48 hours notice, the booking fees are non-refundable. However, we will refund both the deposit and the cleaning fees.
Cleaning Fees
A flat cleaning fee of $125 is due upon booking confirmation, regardless of your length of stay.
Pets Policy
We welcome one small dog or cat (max 20lbs). A pet fee of $75 and refundable deposit of $150 is required.
