May 16th Move in - 3.5 month, or 6 month Sublet

The master bedroom is garden level, has a private entrance, and hall to the shared living space. Furnished with queen size bed, dresser, desk, and storage. The second available room below can also be split with me as an office or storage if interested.

Rent is $2200 + one month deposit ($1100 prorated for May) and includes utilities and wifi. Proof of previous rent payments, credit check, and paystubs required. You’ll also have to meet my landlord before subletting.

#2 Small Bedroom
May 1 Move in - 3 month sublet

Spacious furnished bedroom with no windows, but glass door w/ curtains for natural light! There are 2 curtains, 1 for natural light and 1 blackout curtain for privacy.

Rent is $1100 + one month deposit and includes utilities and wifi. Proof of previous rent payments, credit check, and paystubs required. You’ll also have to meet my landlord before subletting.

The apartment (Eckford & Nassau)

3 br 1 bath and with a large kitchen, living room, and private backyard. The apartment gets lots of sunlight!

- 5 min walk to Nassau G and McCarren Park
- Laundromat around the corner
- Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and polish bakeries
- Option to extend after July
- Shoes off household
- Must be ok with cats
