2 rooms will be available in our wonderful apartment in Carroll Gardens. We live on the first floor of a well-kept building on a tree-lined street. You'll have very close proximity to the subway, cute bars, and restaurants. One block from a laundromat, one block from pharmacy, with many grocery stores nearby. We have lots of plants and a record player, and share a friendly roommate atmosphere.

The first room is available June 1 - August 8. Dates are flexible. $1200 deposit + $1200 month with extra weeks pro-rated. Full size Casper mattress with storage in a built in closet and underneath the bed. There is also a cute bookshelf in the room.

The second room is available June 1-16 with very little flexibility on dates. $775 for this time period. Gorgeous room with full size mattress, storage, windows, and bookshelf.

The roommates are Nicholas - a very sweet guitarist/ composer who loves to read - and Auden - an amazingly funny and kind jack-of-all-trades who currently works in fashion.
