Hello! Looking for someone to rent my room while I’m in NYC for the month. The room is HUGE, private primary bathroom, separate entrance in back. It’s a house, there are two roommates who are friends of mine in the front. They are amazing and get along with everyone but you definitely have your large own space in the back of the house and can live separately besides the kitchen. Price includes utilities also open to working with a lower reasonable budget if you have one!
