I'm offering up my spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Echo Park. I am on the second floor, tucked away from traffic with private patio, in a funky bright pink courtyard with tons of character and luscious greenery.

It is two blocks from the intersection of Echo Park Ave and Sunset Blvd with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store, pharmacy, hiking trails (at Elysian Park) and Echo Park Lake all within walking distance.

The apartment itself comes furnished and has tons of natural light, a separate shower and bathtub, bar counter, and normal amenities (high speed Wifi, streaming services, hot water, AC, microwave, stove, fridge, dish ware, etc).

*Flexible with dates after 11/14 - 11/30, one week minimum stay
