Subletting my sunny bedroom in a 2BR apartment in Williamsburg. Two stops from Manhattan on the J/M/Z (2 min walk), G train (5 min walk), L train (9 min walk).

The 2nd floor walkup apartment is bright, super clean/organized, and spacious. South-facing windows let in ample light throughout the day. There's a large sunny living room, a separate dining room and library, a separate newly renovated fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment for added privacy. The apartment is shared with my roommate (female, early 30s).

The space
The bedroom has a full bed with a comfy mattress, down duvet and pillows, cotton sheets, and fresh towels. There is a working desk and office chair in the room as well.

I am an art director at a UN organization and have been living in New York since 2011. I love living in Williamsburg and have found a true home here.

I am also quite passionate about traveling and exploring the world, hence the subletting :)

My roommate and I are both very clean and tidy and expect the same courtesy from our guests. This home is a true haven and we tend not to bring the party home since there's so much to do in NYC anyway!
